Symptoms

Problem Description:

We have a job that runs to update data and sync a text index in parallel. It recently started generating trace files, dumping a query warning and contain ORA-12850 error.
NO errors are reported in the alert log, just getting trace files about "Dumping Query Warning", for example:

---------------------- Dumping Query Warning -------------------
SQL Text (sql_id=29kfrb3z0z3dg):
select column_value from table(cast(ctxsys.drvparx.ParallelPopuIndex(cursor(select /*+ ordered PARALLEL(pnd.dr$pending 6) INDEX_FFS(pnd.dr$pending) */ base.rowid, NULL, NULL, NULL, nvl(pnd_lock_failed,'N')from ctxsys.drv$pending pnd, "ASSISTDBA"."GUARD_ARREST" base   where pnd.pnd_cid = :CID and pnd.pnd_pid = :PID and pnd.pnd_timestamp <= to_date(:TSTAMP,'YYYYMMDDSSSSS') and base.rowid = pnd.pnd_rowid), :idxownid, :idxid, :idxown, :idxname, :ixpname,:popstate) as sys.odcivarchar2list))
