Symptoms

When using Resource Manager on a NUMA enabled machine, it is possible to get an error like:
ORA-7445 [kskfblocker]
and the instance may crash subsequently.

The current SQL could be something like:
INSERT INTO RDS_LOAD.AUTO_EVENTHISTORY
(AE_DATE,AEH_CODE,CO_ID,AE_CODE,INSTANCE) VALUES
(:ae_date,:aeh_code,:co_id,:ae_code,:instance)

and the call stack looks similar to:
