ORA-600 [25012] Opening Database After Recreating Controlfile to Rename Database (Doc ID 782669.1)

Symptoms

After restoring a backup to a new host and recreating the controlfile to rename the database, the database fails to open:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [25012], [0], [295], [], [], [], [], []

Trace file shows call stack trace : ksesic2 kftr2ah kcbgtcr ktrgtc kdifbk
