Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition - Version: 18.104.22.168.0 to 22.214.171.124.0
Run catuppst.sql, located in the ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory, to perform upgrade actions that do not require the database to be in UPGRADE mode:
This script can be run concurrently with utlrp.sql (see step 15), if you run it in a new SQL*Plus session.
When upgrading from 9.2.0.x (126.96.36.199-188.8.131.52) to 11.1.0.x , is it required to run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catuppst.sql?
