On my SES installation, it seems that there are some directories that are continuously increasing their size. Can I delete the files included on them?

There are two directories of interest: one for crawler logs, and the other for cache files.

a) $ORACLE_HOME/oradata/ses/log

Where there are a lot of files named i1ds<number>.<number>.log that allocate a good amount of space.

b) $ORACLE_HOME/oradata/ses/cache
Where there are lot of folders like these:
I1DS0 I1DS11 I1DS13 I1DS15 I1DS17 I1DS19 I1DS20 I1DS22
I1DS24 I1DS4 I1DS6 I1DS8 I1DS10 I1DS12 I1DS14 I1DS16
I1DS18 I1DS2 I1DS21 I1DS23 I1DS3 I1DS5 I1DS7 I1DS9

that allocate a good amount of space.
