Purpose

This note provides a quick guide to the tools used to investigate CRS/GRID issues.

Scope

This is intended for DBAs who need to investigate a CRS/Grid Infrastructure issue.  It is also intended for DBAs interested in instrumenting their cluster nodes proactively to ensure that should they encounter any CRS issues, they will have the necessary data available from the time of the incident.
