Component OWM (Oracle Workspace Manager) Invalid After Migration From 9.2.0.X To 10.2.0.X (Doc ID 784084.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Workspace Manager is shown in  INVALID status in dba_registry  after the upgrade
from 9.2.0.X  to 10.2.0.X. This component was VALID before the upgrade.

BEFORE the upgrade the entry in the DBA_REGISTRY is something like

COMP_ID      COMP_NAME                    VERSION       STATUS
------------ ---------------------------  ------------  ---------- 
OWM          Oracle Workspace Manager     9.2.0.7.0     VALID


AFTER the upgrade the entry changes to

COMP_ID      COMP_NAME                    VERSION       STATUS
------------ ---------------------------  ------------  ----------
OWM          Oracle Workspace Manager     10.2.0.4.3    INVALID







Changes

Upgrade from 9.2.0.X to 10.2.0.X . The problem arises after the execution of the <ORACLE_HOME>/rdbms/admin/catupgrd.sql script
