RDBPROD: Unable to Install JDBC for Rdb (Doc ID 784846.1)

Goal

When trying to install Oracle JDBC for Rdb 7.3 on OpenVMS the following error is generated:

%PCSI-E-FAILCONF, failed to resolve conflicting requirements for file [RDB$JDBC.COM]BUILD_CERTS.COM

For example:

$ product install rdbjdbc73

Performing product kit validation of signed kits ...
