ORA-600 [kdblGetRDBA] During Create Table with Compression and Partitioning (Doc ID 784989.1)

Symptoms

A create table command is generating the following errors in the alert log:

CREATE TABLE TEST.AV$RADS_CMP_RFP_P20081021_H16 PARTITION BY HASH(source_id) PARTITIONS 4 COMPRESS PARALLEL NOLOGGING AS SELECT * FROM TEST.av$rads_flat;

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P001 
ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [kdblGetRDBA], [3401657033], [],  [], [], [], [], []

The call stack may contain:
