Symptoms
When running a job generated by "SQL Access Advisor", it is stopped with:
REASON="Job slave process was terminated"
The alert.log reports:
ORA-07445 : exception encountered: core dump [qsmssini()+1202] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x0] [] []
The call stack is similar to:
qsmssini qsmssql spefcmpa spefmccallstd pextproc PGOSF284_peftrust psdexsp rpiswu2 psdextp
pefccal pefcal pevm_FCAL pfrinstr_FCAL pfrrun_no_tool pfrrun ...

Changes
The SQL Access Advisor can generate this access violation, if the user creates a hypothetical workload for the SQL Access Advisor and the database character set is multi-byte or Unicode.
