Symptoms

Excessive amount of trace files generated, about 15-20 trace files per minute, filling up the trace directory

The trace file contains entries as follows:
*** 2009-02-23 20:53:25.037
*** SESSION ID:(121.62063) 2009-02-23 20:53:25.037
*** CLIENT ID:() 2009-02-23 20:53:25.037
*** SERVICE NAME:(SYS$USERS) 2009-02-23 20:53:25.037
*** MODULE NAME:() 2009-02-23 20:53:25.037
*** ACTION NAME:() 2009-02-23 20:53:25.037

kzxupnamread error -- OCI No Data

May also see the second line of the error in the trace report errors:    e.g. kzxupnamread error -- 942: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
