Symptoms

Export is failing with below errors:
   
        EXP-00056: ORACLE error 29900 encountered
        ORA-29900: operator binding does not exist
        ORA-06540: PL/SQL: compilation error
        ORA-06553: PLS-907: cannot load library unit XDB.XDB_FUNCIMPL (referenced by XDB.UNDER_PATH)
        EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
