Symptoms

When performing a flash back query, such as:

SQL> SELECT UNDO_SQL FROM FLASHBACK_TRANSACTION_QUERY WHERE XID = '06001C00BED20900';


You encounter an error like:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbgtcr_13], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


The stack trace will look similar to the following:
