Symptoms

DBA_HIST_SEG_STAT is always showing the SPACE_USED_DELTA
for tables as zero which is not correct.

For eg for table SREQUEST:
-----------------------------------------

SQL> select last_analyzed from dba_tables where table_name='SREQUEST';

LAST_ANALYZED
-----------------
13-FEB-2009 06:17

SQL> select bytes/1024/1024 from dba_segments where segment_name='SREQUEST';

BYTES/1024/1024
---------------
10812.25

select trunc(begin_interval_time),sum(SPACE_USED_DELTA)/1024/1024
from dba_hist_seg_stat a,dba_hist_snapshot b where a.snap_id=b.snap_id
and obj# in (select object_id from dba_objects where object_name in ('SREQUEST'))
group by trunc(begin_interval_time) order by 1;

TRUNC(BEGIN_INTER SUM(SPACE_USED_DELTA)/1024/1024
