Symptoms
When performing a full import the following errors occurred:
IMP-00032: SQL statement exceeded buffer length
IMP-00008: unrecognized statement in the export file:
'A string describing other relevant information on the status of the database.
If the value of the EnabledState property is set to anything other than 1, this
property MUST be set to NULL.'

Changes
Source database character set: WE8MSWIN1252
Target database character set: AL32UTF8
Tried the import again with the parameter BUFFER but same errors occurred.
