Resolve TimesTen Error "TT15009: Password required" When Connecting Using JDBC/ODBC (Doc ID 795158.1)

Symptoms

The documented connect syntax for TimesTen Java clients using TimesTen JDBC drivers to connect to a TimesTen datastore works fine as long as access control is not enabled for the datastore. If a Java program is run using the standard connection syntax and attempts to connect to a datastore where access control is enabled, a TT15009 error will be returned. The following (abbreviated) error stack was generated when trying to execute the sample Java program 'TTJbbcExamples" against a TimesTen datastore named ''tt_705" in which access control has been enabled:
