Perl Warnings From Opatch 1.0.0.0.61 (Doc ID 797394.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The opatch tool is giving a perl warning when the command “opatch
version” is run:

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LC_ALL = (unset),
LC__FASTMSG = "true",
LC_MESSAGES = "",
LANG = "en_US"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").


Changes

Even the output for the command "perl -verson" included the same perl warning.
