Symptoms
Enabling the tracing on session level with different methods other than dbms_monitor.session_trace_enable does not reflect in V$SESSION.SQL_TRACE, SQL_TRACE_WAITS, SQL_TRACE_BINDS
(e.g: event 10046, dbms_session, alter session...etc)
