ORA-20171 During Full Database Import With Version Enabled Tables (Doc ID 797867.1)

Symptoms

During full database import the get the following error related to enable a constraint on a version enabled table is seen:

IMP-00017: Following statement failed with ORACLE error 604:
"ALTER TABLE "RO_WM_TEST_TABLE_LT" ENABLE CONSTRAINT "TEST_1164387592_UP_TY_000""
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 604 encountered
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-20171: WM error: Versioned objects cannot be altered.
ORA-06512: at "WMSYS.WM_ERROR", line 342
ORA-06512: at "WMSYS.WM_ERROR", line 359
ORA-06512: at "WMSYS.NO_VM_ALTER_PROC", line 16
ORA-06512: at line 23

The error is not raised while using datapump.
