Symptoms

You are trying to take a datapump export from the command prompt on a Microsoft Windows system and want to use FLASHBACK_TIME but it fails with a syntax error.

$ EXPDP 'SYSTEM as SYSDBA' FLASHBACK_TIME="TO_TIMESTAMP('2009/03/31 14:00:00','YYYY/MM/DDHH24:MI:SS')" schemas=myschema dumpfile=exp_myschema.dmp

LRM-00116: syntax error at ')' following 'YYYY/MM/DD HH24:'
