DBCA requires shared spfile for ASM instance creation (Doc ID 807161.1)

Symptoms

In RAC environment, when configuration ASM instance for the first time from DBCA, at the init file selection page, if selecting spfile option and entering a filesystem location/file, the DBCA could fail with

***The <entered_location/file> location is not valid. The directory "[<entered_directory>] is not a shared system partition across nodes1 and 2.***
