How to clear the old errors from DBA_PROPAGATION view ? (Doc ID 808136.1)

Goal

When the Streams propagation hit any errors, the error will be reported in DBA_PROPAGATION view under column ERROR_MESSAGE & ERROR_DATE

SQL> select PROPAGATION_NAME,ERROR_MESSAGE,ERROR_DATE from dba_propagation;

PROPAGATION_NAME
------------------------------
ERROR_MESSAGE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR_DATE
--------------------
STREAM_PROPAGATE
ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed.
ORA-02063: preceding line from STRM102B

Once the error are fixed  and Streams propagation is back to operational, the ERROR_MESSAGE &
ERROR_DATE will still be present in the DBA_PROPAGATION view.
