How to clear the old errors from DBA_PROPAGATION view ?

Goal
When the Streams propagation hit any errors, the error will be reported in DBA_PROPAGATION view under column ERROR_MESSAGE & ERROR_DATE
Once the error are fixed and Streams propagation is back to operational, the ERROR_MESSAGE &
ERROR_DATE will still be present in the DBA_PROPAGATION view.
