SQLCODE -418 occurs on the TG4DB2 side after upgrade of Oracle DB server to 10.2.0.4

Symptoms

When the database server was upgraded to 10.2.0.4 and fix for BUG 4864563 has been applied, the Transparent Gateway for DB2 (TG4DB2) started getting the error below:

ERROR
ORA-28500 accompanied with SQLSTATE = 42610

The following shows in the gateway trace:
