Symptoms

Database crashed after the internal errors:
   ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbnlc_2], [0], [0], [0], [0], [0], [1], []
   ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbzpbuf_1], [4], [1], [], [], [], [], []

In the alert log you can find:

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbnlc_2], [0], [0], [0], [0], [0], [1], []
