Symptoms

When performing an import of a schema, it fails during the queue table portion of the import with errors similar to the following:

IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 1403:

"SYS.DBMS_AQ_IMP_INTERNAL.IMPORT_QUEUE_TABLE('<TABLE_NAME>',1,16392,2,0,0,'"

ORA-01403: no data found
