ORA-04031 Resulted Between Mount And Open State (Doc ID 818834.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


- Database was kept in mount state to take the RMAN backups.
  The following error will be seen during mount to open phase of the database.

  ORA-04031: unable to allocate 56 bytes of shared memory ("streams pool","unknown object","
  Streams pool","fixed allocation callback")

  This error is not seen during the normal database activity

- The following call stack seen in the trace file generated
  ksedst1 <- ksedst <- dbkedDefDump <- ksedmp <- ksfdmp
  dbgexPhaseII <- dbgexProcessError <- dbgeExecuteForError <- dbgePostErrorKGE <-
