RDBPROD: Cannot Get Hot Standby to Start (Doc ID 820346.1)

Symptoms

The primary node went down due to hardware failure. Standby node was reconfigured to stand-in for the primary node until hardware problems were corrected. When standby node was set up to stand-in for the primary node, SYSUAF was copied from original primary node. Hardware was replaced and database was restored to primary node from standby node.

Unable to restart hot standby.

LCS log file shows errors:
