Goal

How to remove a node from a cluster when the node has crashed due to OS/Hardware failure and cannot boot up on Windows OR in cases where the node has been physically removed from the cluster.

The instructions in this note are meant to be used in cases where all references to nodeX need to be removed from the cluster.
