RMAN / SQLplus - Recovery Asking for Very Old Archivelog (Doc ID 837598.1)

Symptoms

 

While RMAN restore and recovery of database in another host failed at recovery
because the archivelog required by RMAN do no longer exist.

Then we use SQLplus for recover and get similar error requesting an very old archivelog which does not exist anymore (archivelog aged out )
