Invalid SYS Objects Found On 9.2 Before Upgrade To 10.2.0.1 (Doc ID 837667.1)

Goal

We have invalid objects after upgrading database from old releases to 9.2.0.6 as the following:
SYS ACCESSIBLE_TABLES        VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS CONSTRAINT_COLUMNS       VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS DBA_CROSS_REFS           VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS DBA_TAB_AUDIT_OPTS       VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS EXUCOLNN                 VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS EXUCOL_TEMP              VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS USER_CROSS_REFS          VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS USER_TAB_AUDIT_OPTS      VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS V$LOCKS_WITH_COLLISIONS  VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS V$LOCK_ACTIVITY          VIEW 11-Nov-1998
SYS V$LOCK_ELEMENT           VIEW 11-Nov-1998
