On in Production:
When attempting to Start Oracle Lite Standalone the following error occurs:

09/06/08 12:21:25 CONFIG_FILE: C:\Olite10g_1\mobile\server\bin\webtogo.ora
09/06/08 12:21:25 log1: Translated JDK:'Cp1252' to IANA: 'WINDOWS-1252'
09/06/08 12:21:25 log1: OC4J: (webtogoworkspaceredirect) initialized config
09/06/08 12:21:25 log1: Eccezione IO: NL Exception was generated
09/06/08 12:21:25 log1: Mobile Server will try again in 1 minute.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the Syncserver tablespace in the RAC
2. Configure the JDBC_URL to use the RAC NODE
3. Start the mobile server
