Purpose

The purpose is to guide a user through the sequence of commands necessary to add a TimesTen node to an existing Cache Grid.

Scope

The document is intended as a simple walk through for a user working with Cache Grid. Similar instructions are contained in the official documentation which go into greater detail. Refer to the Oracle In-Memory Database Cache User's Guide, chapter 6 "Creating Other Cache Grid Members" and onwards.
