I/O Error After Disks Belonging To A Specific Failgroup Were Offlined On SLES 10. (Doc ID 843722.1)

Symptoms

1) The ASM instance reported the next error after disks belonging to a specific failgroup were offlined:

2) This problem is present on SLES 10 with kernel release < 2.6.16.60-0.34
