Symptoms

Queries related to dequeue by condition and specifically in accessing the view (new in 10.2.) aq$_<queue_table>_f are significantly slower in 10.2 than they had been in 9.2.

A feature of the issue is :

- high CPU associated with accessing the view : aq$_<queue_table>_f , as well as

- a high number of buffer gets per execution.
