Goal
The goal of this document is to describe how to use sqlnet trace to track down problems related to tnsnames.ora file resolution. Example of error that is related to tns-name resolution:
Trying to connect using:
<appuser>/<appuser password>@<sampledb_1121>
Error - ORA-12154: Data source name not found and no default driver specified
Error - ORA-01012: not logged on
