Symptoms

create table tc1.tab2 partition by hash(col1)
parallel <==
as select * from tc1.tab1;

TEST CASE

The following small test case will illustrate this:

drop table tab1;
drop table tab2;

create table tab1 (col1 number, col2 number);

-- ORA-600 [kcbgcur_1]
create table tab2 partition by hash(col1) parallel as select * from tab1;

-- No error when not using the PARALLEL clause.
create table tab2 partition by hash(col1) as select * from tab1;
