Symptoms
You are trying to use RMU/LOAD/PARALLEL. It only appears to work when you have the BYPASS privilege. Without BYPASS privilege - even if you have the SYSPRV privilege or the RMU$LOAD privilege - it fails with:
Regular (non parallel) load works without BYPASS privilege.
