CRS Cannot Start if the Owner Group Has Been Deleted from /etc/group

The customer cannot restart CRS stack after the node reboots.
The crs logs show:
[ OCRAPI]a_is_valid_user_group: Groupname [AAA] not in group database
[ OCRAPI]a_is_valid_user_group: scls ret  slos SLOS error information: Category:  Operation: [add_group_name] Location: [getgrnam] Other: [AAA] Dep: ]
[ OCRAPI]a_create_key: THE SECURITY ATTRIBUTE PASSED is invalid user [root] group [AAA]

SYSTEM.crs.versions.config_versions. OCR error code = 27 OCR error msg: PROC-27: Error in authentication layer Authentication error [SLOS error
information: Category:  Operation: [add_group_name] Location: [getgrnam] Other: [AAA] Dep: ]  [ default]Error in writing config version to OCR
The OS group which contained the user who installed/created CRS and OCR was removed from /etc/group.
