Goal

We want to change the "ADR Home" directory from:
"/u00/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/<test_t>/<test_T>" to
"/u00/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/<test_T>/<test_T>" (the "T" upper in <test_T>).
