Ora-07445 Kerberos configuration [malloc_consolidate()+275] [SIGSEGV] (Doc ID 858812.1)

After configuring Kerberos authentication ,the login command

SQL> conn / @netxnew

hangs, and the ORA- 7445  error is reported in alert log and trace details have:

ksedmp: internal or fatal error 
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [malloc_consolidate()+275] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x2B909EF804A8] [] [] 

Current SQL information unavailable - no session.
