Symptoms
Error received when running a query with connect by and start with clauses:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12406], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
-Running on 10.2.0.4 patch-set which already includes the fix for <Bug 4528339>
- Setting "_complex_view_merging" to false does not resolve the problem
- Setting "_old_connect_by_enabled" to true gives ORA-1473 instead.
