Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 10.3.0.2.0 in Production:
After that the mobile user < USER00 > was re-created, it synchronizes without any error but it download a
large amount of data frequently.
It seems that the MGP compose the same amount of data for this user all the time.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
MGP should not compose the same data.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Synchronize
2. Wait for the MGP to compose the data
3.Synchronize -> same amount of data download on the client.
