Oracle 11g 11.1.0.7.0 Precompiler throws the following error:

The issue is due to orasql8.dll redirecting to orasql10.dll in Oracle 11g 11.1.0.x.

The problem is either orasql8.dll should be redirecting to orasql11.dll which is included or orasql10.dll should be included.
