Goal

The Oracle CODASYL DBMS Release Notes 7.1.1 state that Oracle CODASYL DBMS Release 7.1 introduced the ability to time out prestarted transactions. This was not mentioned in the Oracle CODASYL DBMS 7.1 Release Notes and no syntax has been provided for implementing this feature.

How is the time out of prestarted transactions activated for a database?
