A select with INSTR function like:
select * from "instring"@dg4msql where instr("col1",'a') >0;

fails with error:
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this
[Oracle][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword
'IN'.[Oracle][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from DG4MSQL
