Symptoms

In the alert log are reported the errors:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kghstack_underflow_internal_3], [0x2AAAAD0CDDC0], [rpi role space], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-19502: write error on file "<FILE PATH>/<FILE NAME>.dmp", blockno 17707502 (blocksize=4096)
ORA-27072: File I/O error
Linux-x86_64 Error: 28: No space left on device
Additional information: 4
Additional information: 17707502
