Symptoms
Change Data Capture.
Latency in the Apply process associated with CDC server activity.
High version count associated with insert statements into CDC tables .
Higher than usual CPU from Apply servers performing inserts into CDC tables.
This issue has also been linked to ora-1722 errors and CDC operation.
