Symptoms

An RMU/VERIFY returns a warning like:

%RMU-I-BGNNDXVER, beginning verification of index T_NDX
%RMU-W-BTRLEACAR, Inconsistent leaf cardinality (C2) of 4 specified
for entry 1 at dbkey 3695:4973147:1 using precision of 33.
Dbkey 3695:4973818:1 at level 3 specified a cardinality of 1
