Dump in kglhdgn() When Doing Partition Maintenance (Doc ID 883242.1)

Symptoms

When doing numerous partition maintenance operations such as adding (sub-)partitions, exchanging (sub-)partitions, etc. it is possible to receive a core dump in kglhdgn(), eg.:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kglhdgn()+1184] [SIGSEGV]
[Address not mapped to object] [0x000000092] [] []

The call stack would look similar to:

... kglhdgn kglget kkpoxgsoh_get_shared_object_handle kkpofpd_flush_part_descr kqlctxchg kqlchg kglfls ktcrcm
ktdcmt k2lcom k2send xctctl xctcom_with_options opiexe ...
