Symptoms

RMAN raises errors on connection to target :

RMAN-06190: PL/SQL package SYS.DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE version 10.02.00.03 in TARGET database is not
current
RMAN-06190: PL/SQL package SYS.DBMS_RCVMAN version 10.02.00.03 in TARGET database is not current
RMAN-06005: connected to target database: <DB NAME> (DBID=2201118739)
RMAN-06008: connected to recovery catalog database



Changes

Either the target database or the recovery catalog has been upgraded to 10.2.0.4
